When John and I returned from Maui, it took about two weeks to get the kitchen in a cooking order. We finally got dishes and pots off the counter and put away... so we could actually cook! I was so excited about being off Monday (April 27th) to organize the house and cook our very first homemade-married meal. As usual, things didn't go as planned. The swine flu broke out so between answering emails, doing phone interviews and setting up interviews for the boss... I was able to make this: turkey meatballs and pasta linguine! It was good.. a little burnt around the edges, but that's what happens when the blackberry keeps buzzing!
